Overview

The aim of this course is to equip participants with the knowledge to confidently provide the best possible care when supporting people in their homes/care setting. Practice recording and documenting based around case study and scenario building exercises to enhance development and experiential knowledge into what is expected in the workplace within current agreed ways of working practice.
